Manage or cancel your subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Restore a purchase
Open the Míto paywall and tap Restore.
Make a character forget
Open the character's settings in the app and choose Clear Memory. This erases the transcript, summaries and what they remember about you.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings, then Delete Account. Your account and its data are removed.
Report a character or comment
Open the character's ⋯ menu, then choose Report Character or Block Creator.
